Returns and Exchanges
We keep returns simple. Send us your item within 30 days of receipt in the same condition it arrived in and we’ll refund the full amount paid.
Please email us to let us know you will be returning your item and give a postage reference or include a note in the package with your name and order number.
For exchanges please email us at email@example.com to let us know which item you would like to exchange for and send us back your current item.
For both returns and exchanges please ensure the cotton drawstring bag is included.
Extended Christmas Returns Period
Our simple returns policy is extended to 60 days during the Christmas period
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved your refund will be processed within 2 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet please bear in mind once the funds have been released by us we cannot control the speed at which they are returned to you. Usually refunds will be processed by your bank in 3-5 working days.

Both items on sale and items priced regularly can be returned and amount paid refunded in full.
