  • Blankets: Orders placed before 1 PM (London time) will be shipped the same day and are typically delivered within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • Art Prints: Art prints ordered internationally are also made to order, with over 80% ready to ship within 48 hours. Delivery generally takes 3-4 days from the date of dispatch.

Europe Orders:

  • Blankets: International orders for our blankets are shipped within 24 hours of ordering, or same day if placed before 1 PM, and typically take 5-12 working days to arrive, depending on the destination.
  • Art Prints: Art prints ordered internationally are also made to order, with over 80% ready to ship within 48 hours. Delivery generally takes 3-4 days from the date of dispatch.

USA & Canada Orders:

Customs Information:

  • For customers not in the UK, orders maybe be subject to customs and duties upon arrival in the destination country or on delivery.

General Shipping Information:

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent after the order has been dispatched, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.
  • Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of the order, and exclude weekends and public holidays.
